HOTEL

We will be holding the conference at the Hilton Charlotte Center City . The room rates are good three days prior and three days after the conference, $110 single/double/triple and quadruple occupancy, reservations must be made by July 21, 2008 and under the CLIA rate. To make your reservations call 704-377-1500. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CONFERENCE RATE AFTER THIS DATE, NO EXCEPTION.

Self parking is $18 per day, valet parking will be $22.00 per day.

Registration will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

This years conference fee is $350. If you have a spouse and wish them to attend the hospitality room for the week, a fee of $25 will need to be paid at the registration desk.

Special Instructions and Certification

We are pleased to offer a specialized class at this years conference. The confined space operators course is an additional $100 and is limited to thirty students. The class will be four hours of classroom instruction Monday evening and then on Tuesday and Wednesday the hands-on portion. Banquet

We will have a banguet at the Lowes Motor Speedway in Charlotte. The details will be listed soon. Part of the banquet will be a chance to win three laps in a NASCAR racing car and a M4 rifle. THe price will be $50 per person and can be paid at registration.

We realize how important our vendors are to the success of the CLIA conference. Over the years we have built some pretty amazing relationships. If you would like to be a vendor at our conference please feel free to download the application and contract in MS Word or PDF format.

Advertising on Our Website

We have a new service for our corporate friends. We are allowing advertising on our web site for your company. The fee is $2,000 for a one year commitment on our home page and $1,500 for a one year commitment on our links page. You can download the application in MS Word or PDF format. All applications must be approved before they are accepted and placed on the web site. We have the right to refuse any application.
