HOTEL

We will be holding the conference at the Sheraton Downtown Nashville. The room rates are good three days prior and three days after the conference, $119 single/double/triple and quadruple occupancy, reservations must be made by August 20, 2010 and under the CLIA rate. To make your reservations call 800.325.3535 or use the online registration link. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CONFERENCE RATE AFTER THIS DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Self parking is $12 per day, valet parking will be $24.00 per day.

Registration will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

This years conference fee is $350. If you have a spouse and wish them to attend the hospitality room for the week, a fee of $25 will need to be paid at the registration desk.

We realize how important our vendors are to the success of the CLIA conference. Over the years we have built some pretty amazing relationships. If you would like to be a vendor at our conference please feel free to download the application and contract in MS Word or PDF format.

Advertising on Our Website

We have a new service for our corporate friends. We are allowing advertising on our website for your company. The fee is $2,000 for a one year commitment on our home page and $1,500 for a one year commitment on our links page. You can download the application in MS Word or PDF format. All applications must be approved before they are accepted and placed on the website. We have the right to refuse any application.
